Clean and spacious rooms with kitchens are a plus. Elevators can be slow and crowded during peak times. Location is perfect for theaters and restaurants nearby.

Location is ideal, just steps from Times Square. The elevator wait times can be frustrating. Room had a kitchenette, which was convenient.

I was instantly swept away by the cozy vibe and friendly staff. My room felt like a spacious sanctuary, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location made it super easy to enjoy all the shows and attractions nearby!

The room was spacious with two comfortable beds, and temperature control was efficient. The view from the 15th floor was beautiful. I appreciated the fridge and microwave, although the fridge had an unpleasant smell. While the shower was functional, extra towels were needed because of water leakage. Friendly staff assisted with our bags, but one attendant lingered uncomfortably. The bathroom was small and lacked a fan, and the shampoo provided was decent. Vending options were limited, requiring trips to the lobby for basics.

Pros: The location is ideal—close to theaters yet peaceful. Rooms are large, clean, and surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful sleep. Old-world charm without the usual wear and tear. Staff members, especially the bellhop at check-out, were courteous and accommodating. Cons: Some furniture shows signs of age. Lobby can get crowded, but timing helped us avoid delays. Constructive criticism lies in staff training—rudeness must be addressed. Communication barriers can't be ignored. A more empathetic approach is essential for a better guest experience. Improvement needed in handling guest concerns and maintaining room quality.

The Belvedere Hotel is ideally situated near central attractions, making exploration effortless. Our spacious room was equipped with a fridge and microwave, enhancing our comfort. The delightful, helpful staff contributed to a memorable stay. Despite a few minor issues with the elevators, the overall experience was excellent!

The AC unit sounds older than my grandma.

I couldn't believe the state of my room! The AC was a loud, rattling mess, keeping me up all night. Plus, the bathroom was cramped with a tiny toilet, making it practically impossible to use comfortably. Very disappointing experience.

Impressive room, impressive view with a beautiful perspective of the city from the 15th floor and a clean, spacious area complete with a fridge and microwave.
All was wonderful.

I felt like a VIP surrounded by iconic destinations. The interior was just as grand as my presence. The succulent meats matched my exquisite taste.
I loved searching for quarters at 11 pm for laundry and waiting four weeks for my deposit return. Brilliant experience!

The art deco charm caught my attention immediately. The location was ideal for catching a show, but the surrounding area felt a bit off, not quite what it used to be. My room was surprisingly spacious and clean, though the HVAC unit was annoyingly loud. Housekeeping was on point, yet I encountered some hiccups with toiletries and the underwhelming kitchenette setup. The staff were pleasant enough but lacked warmth. Ultimately, it’s a mixed bag: lovely surroundings but some inconsistencies that made it feel less than perfect. Would I return? Yes, if the price is right.

I absolutely loved the central position of this hotel, with Times Square just a quick 500 meters away, and almost all major attractions like Central Park, the Empire State Building, and the Museum of Modern Art all within a 30-minute stroll, making it perfect for leisurely walks and sightseeing; the myriad of great dining options nearby was a real treat as well, with places like Carmine's Italian Restaurant and Sombrero Mexican right around the corner, adding to the vibrant experience. The indoor features like coffee in the foyer and the option of a restaurant nearby were nice touches, but the breakfast service could use a little improvement since it was arranged through an outside vendor and not up to par.

Room was spacious and clean with comfy beds and kitchenette. Nice street view too. Great location, close to Times Square but not too noisy. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Loved the fitness center. Enjoyed the coffee and tea in the mornings. Old building but well-maintained, which I liked.

The rooms are spacious and the comfy beds helped us sleep well after busy days. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy, and the breakfast options were surprisingly good.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the location, it was still reasonable.

The location was super convenient, just a couple of blocks away from Times Square and close to the theater district. The room was clean and had a microwave and kitchenette, which was really handy. Also, the free coffee and tea in the morning were a nice touch.
We had issues with the room temperature control, it was either too hot or too noisy with an open window. The staff was just average, not particularly friendly.

Felt at ease, nothing to gripe about.

Had a lovely romantic escape at this place! The hotel's proximity to key attractions and multiple subway points made exploring the city a breeze. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to various theaters and restaurants easily. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.
It was a bit disappointing not to have basic amenities like tea/coffee making facilities readily available.

The location in the heart of the city was fantastic – right in the middle of all the action. The room itself was clean, but there were definitely some issues that dampened our experience. First off, the air conditioning was not working properly, and it made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable at times. We also had trouble with the hot water in the bathroom, which was frustrating as we had to call for assistance to get it fixed. the staff at The Belvedere were amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. there were some noticeable drawbacks. The room felt old and worn out, not quite what we were expecting. The lack of modern amenities like easily accessible power outlets next to the bed was disappointing. the elevator situation was a bit of a hassle, with long wait times and frequent outages. Despite these shortcomings, the view from our room was lovely, and having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a convenient touch. The doormen were also friendly and added a nice touch to our stay. while The Belvedere has its flaws, the exceptional staff and prime location helped make our stay enjoyable.

Nothing to complain about at all 😊

The location of Belvedere Hotel was perfect for my New York adventure. The staff's local tips and the delightful Brazilian cuisine at the on-site restaurant added extra charm to my stay.
Room assignment and early morning disturbance.
